Digital transformation projects that inspire us

When looking back at 2022, we cannot help but think of the enormous pleasure we had in carrying out decisive projects for the impact organizations with whom we had the opportunity to work.

The last two years were very demanding and brought new challenges that forced organizations to prioritize their digital transformation processes, thus preparing themselves to enhance their long-term mission.

We wanted to end the year by sharing three success stories that can inspire you to move forward with new projects in 2023.

Associação CAIS

Founded in 1994, CAIS aims to improve the living conditions of socially and economically vulnerable people in situations of deprivation, exclusion, and risk.

With the aim of contributing to the sustainability of this organization’s projects and within the scope of the Gulbenkian Digital Shift program, we have developed, in partnership with MAZE Impact, a digital capacitation project for the CAIS fundraising team.

Based on Salesforce technology, was carried out a fundraising campaign under the motto Restart to raise funds to support the integration of people into the job market.

Apart from the financial results of this campaign, it was also our goal to leave the skills and technological tools to be used in future campaigns. With this set of tools, CAIS can enhance its mission with the support of technology.

Aldeias Infantis SOS Cabo Verde

Implemented in the 1980s, Aldeias Infantis SOS Cabo Verde welcomes and supports children who don’t have adequate parental care.

Fundraising is an important way of financing the organization; therefore, it is crucial to have greater knowledge of its donors to work its retention capacity.

This project made it possible to identify its supporters, work on their retention, and communicate in a segmented and customized way, optimizing its fundraising strategy while simultaneously making the processes more agile and effective.

FEP Junior Consulting

FEP Junior Consulting is a junior company based at the University of Porto. Created in 1997, this organization manages consultancy projects implemented by students while linking the business community with academia.

FEP Junior Consulting asked us to help implement a CRM project based on Salesforce’s Nonprofit Success Pack (NPSP) to optimize their sales process through in-depth knowledge and data management of the sales funnel.

With this project, we also increased the quality and efficiency of their data (clients and consultants) to better monitor and improve performance and profitability.

These are a few examples of projects we had the opportunity to implement in 2022 that filled us with pride. With our eyes set on 2023, we believe that even in times of greater instability and uncertainty, investment in digital transformation can be decisive for the success of impact organizations.

If you’ve been inspired by these success stories and want to start 2023 with a digital transformation project, don’t hesitate to contact us.
