For this purpose, we are reinforcing our leadership team and investing in strategic areas, including Delivery Management.

    • Relevant experience and results in a team lead role.
    • Relevant experience and results in the Program/ Project Management role for Salesforce CRM (or similar solutions) consultancy services.
    • Relevant knowledge about support services best practices (ITIL or similar).
    • Relevant knowledge about managed services.
    • Salesforce CRM (or similar solutions) knowledge and experience.
    • Good communication skills (spoken and written) in English (C1/C2 level).
    • Availability to work in the CET time zone.


    • Certification in Project Management (PMI, Prince or similar).
    • Certification in Support Services (ITIL or similar)
    • Certifications or experience in the Salesforce ecosystem.
      • Good communication skills (spoken and written) in Portuguese (C1/C2 level).


      Compensation package:

      • Base salary according to your experience
      • Annual Bonus (profit sharing based on company results)
